Levi Lunsford, 16, says torture is the one word that best describes his last
five school years at Tarkington ISD.
“I was constantly looking over my shoulder in the hall to make sure somebody
wasn’t about to do something to me,” Lunsford said.
Lunsford has Asperger’s Syndrome which according to a federal lawsuit made
him a target for bullies.
“He’s got his little quirks,” Ronnie Lunsford, Levi’s father said.
Like being hypersensitive to physical contact. That led some students to
flick his ears, sending him into an immediate panic, the lawsuit alleges.
