(NOTE:  Britain has no First Amendment, so these actions are unlikely in the United States, although this country has numerous hateful websites.  Should they be prosecuted here, or is it better to take an expaansive view of the First Amendment and just let them be?   If the latter, when do we know they have gone too far?  Readers’ comments are welcome.  – Mike)

A teenager who posted white supremacist material on YouTube has become the become the first person in Britain to be prosecuted for stirring racial hatred on video sharing websites.

The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was also the youngest person to be guilty of inciting racial hatred after setting up a website on which he showed a Ku Klux Klan lynching, when he was just 15.
